Please note, we cannot accept payments for applications submitted on the planning portal, please refer the portal website to make the payment.

Methods of payment
If you submitted your application via the Planning Portal, then you must pay application fees through the Planning portal.
You can pay via our quick pay system for a service or application which was not submitted through the Planning Portal.
To avoid delays, please enter your formal application reference as per one of these example formats:

We only accept telephone payments for:
- planning application fees (unless submitted through Planning Portal - if so you can pay there)
- pre-application fees
- planning records
