Following approval of your application, you may need to submit further details or make amendments to your application. You should read the checklist of documents you need to submit from the applicable section below before making your application.

The quickest method is to apply online using the link above. If you unable to do this, then you will need to download the relevant application form below, and send to the address on the form.

Approval of details

Conditions are often imposed on the grant of a planning permission or listed building consent which requires the submission of further details such as materials or detailed drawings. These are also known as approval of details.

Removal or variation of conditions

You can apply to vary a condition or to remove it all together, under Section 73 of the Act.

You can use this to apply for a Minor Material Amendment to an approved scheme under Section 96A of the Act, by applying to vary the ‘approved plans’ condition (which is usually Condition 1 of the permission).

Please clearly outline the proposed changes to the approved scheme by providing a numbered list of changes accompanied by a list of the titles of all superseded and replacement drawings and supporting documents. Plans should be annotated to highlight the proposed changes and each amended supporting document should include a brief summary of the changes to that document.
