The quickest and easiest way to submit a planning application is online via the Planning Portal.
If you are not able to apply online, you will need to post your application to the address on the form.
Householders often use this certificate to clarify that proposed alterations and extensions fall within permitted development rights, and/or are immune from enforcement action because the work took place more than 4 years ago.
