Speaking at a planning committee

Members of the public and interested parties are welcome to address the virtual committee.

Anyone who has registered to speak at a committee and have been granted a speaking slot, will be sent instructions on how to attend the meeting virtually.

We will also be sent guides on how to make verbal submissions, how to download and set-up software and the meeting invites and passwords.

View committee calendar for agendas, times, dates and locations of meetings.

Applications to speak at the planning applications sub-committee (2) meeting on Tuesday 11 May 2021 will close at midday on Friday 7 May 2021.
