Pay your annual fee

Licences and permits that are not subject to renewal have an annual fee that must be paid each year. These include premises licences and club premises certificates issued under the Licensing Act 2003 and premises licences and permits issued under the Gambling Act 2005.

It is the responsibility of the licence or permit holder to pay their annual fee by the relevant date to prevent the licence or permit from being suspended.

Find out what your annual fee is.

Ways to pay

You can pay your annual fee online or call the Licensing Service to pay over the phone.

Please have your licence number available when paying the fee to ensure that the payment is allocated to the appropriate licence or permit.

Failure to pay an annual fee will affect your ability to continue your business.
