Coronavirus parking for NHS, care and key workers

The concessionary parking schemes running during the initial lockdown period have now ended.

NHS workers and care workers

Following the easing of lockdown measures, the government updated their guidance on Covid-related free and discount parking schemes, advising councils to bring these schemes to an end in June 2021. Accordingly, the concessionary schemes we were running were withdrawn in a phased manner around this date.

Government national free parking scheme

The government withdrew their national scheme of free parking for frontline health and social care staff from 21 June 2021. View further guidance.
