Annual reports provide information on the activities of the Parking Service. They detail the service’s achievements in delivering innovative and sustainable improvements as well as looking ahead to future developments and opportunities.

The reports also include parking and enforcement statistics, as well as financial information with comparative data from previous years.

Kerbside Management and Enforcement Code of Practice

Published: April 2017

The Kerbside Management and Enforcement Code of Practice outlines the parking, moving traffic and engine idling contraventions enforced by Westminster City Council. The document also specifies the applicable exemptions and concessions that should be given.

Please note that quoted practices may not apply on what are defined as traffic sensitive streets or on Westminster housing estates.
