Parking permit replacements

You can apply for a replacement if your permit has been lost or stolen.

Parking Services is currently experiencing a high volume of calls to our contact centre following the recent systems upgrade. Our contractors are working to resolve the issues.

In the meantime we apologise for any delays that you may experience when trying to speak to one of our customer service agents.

New permits issued will be virtual rather than paper-based from 1 April 2023.

If your permit has been lost, stolen, or damaged you can apply for a replacement.

Lost, damaged or stolen permits

If your permit has been lost, damaged, or stolen, you will no longer be issued with a physical permit as a replacement. From 1 April 2023 new and replacement permits will be virtual.
