Paddington Green

The Hall Park Estate is located in the heart of central London, and is home to vibrant local communities that benefit from access to a wide variety of local shops, amenities and excellent public transport links.

At the same time the local area could function better for its residents and over the past few years Westminster City Council has worked with local communities to identify a package of improvements that aim to make a positive difference across the whole neighbourhood.

In outline the proposals would deliver:

  • 45 new high quality homes
  • a mix of affordable homes for local people and homes for private sale
  • significant improvements to the street environment along Hall Place, including the creation of a 'green spine'
  • an improved entrance lobby and concierge area for Parsons House
  • a landscape garden and private amenity space for local residents

Have your say

Paddington Green will be voting on these proposals from Wednesday 27 November to 12 noon on Monday 2 December 2013.
