We are exploring the potential to bring new affordable housing to the ground-level parking area underneath Noel Coward House.
We are proposing to redevelop the 14 parking spaces currently underneath Noel Coward House to create new family-sized, affordable homes. This proposal is part of our Infill Programme, which turns underutilised spaces throughout Westminster into much needed affordable homes in the city.

Since we last met with you in November, we have decided to procure a new architect to achieve the highest design standards for our residents. We will work with these new architects to further improve the designs ahead of submitting our planning application. We will share our updated designs with you later this year before the application is submitted.
We would also like to take this opportunity to reassure all parking licensees that parking arrangements will remain as they are during this period, and that we will be in contact with you later in the year with an update.
