About the project
The council was granted planning permission to deliver social homes in the under-croft car park at Noel Coward House in 2021.
The project would deliver:
- two 2-bedroom homes
- one fully wheelchair accessible 2-bedroom home
Project status
We have planning permission to deliver three social homes in the under-croft car park at Noel Coward House, as part of our infills programme which transforms underused spaces across Westminster into much needed homes.
In the context of a challenging time for the construction industry, and with increased costs for delivery being quoted by contractors across all our Infills Programme sites, we have taken this opportunity to pause any works. We will then review the cost and construction plans to ensure new homes at Noel Coward can be provided in a way which achieves best value.
We will keep residents informed of updates about our plans here and liaise with them before any work begins.
