Harley Street Area Partnership BID ballot - declaration of result

We want to extend our congratulations to the Harley Street Area Partnership on their successful BID Ballot result.

As part of our statutory duty, Westminster City Council were appointed to hold a ballot for the proposed Harley Street Area Partnership’s Business Improvement District (BID) covering the Harley Street area. This brings the total number of BIDs in the borough to 17.

Toda, December 3, it was announced that the proposed BID had been successful in their ballot with 95 out of 110 votes. The majority of the business ratepayers in the proposed BID area who took part, voted in favour of the proposal, both by aggregate rateable value (88%) and numbers voting (86.36%). The BID term for the Harley Street Area Partnership will commence from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2027.

The BID ballot opened on 5 November 2021 and closed on 2 December 2021. The BID ballot results were declared on 3 December 2021.
