In spring 2016, Westminster City Council and City West Homes will commence development of a new residential building and a self-contained enterprise space (approx. 13,000 sq ft) on Lisson Grove.
The council intends to lease the enterprise space to an experienced enterprise space operator. The operator would be expected to run the facility as a workspace offering affordable and accessible tariffs supporting start-ups and small businesses, providing co-working and/or small studio spaces.
