Changing details on a personal licence
To request an updated licence with your changed details, there is a £10.50 fee. Please pay this fee online. Go to Premises licence (LA2003) and enter your personal licence number as the reference.
Once you have paid please email a copy of the receipt for the payment, the details of the changes, and your personal licence number to [email protected]
You must return your original licence to us by post. If you have lost it, please let us know when you email us.
