PCs and iPads

Free resources

All of our libraries have PCs which are free to use and can be booked in advance for a set period for you to search the web, write and edit documents and communicate online.

Some libraries also have iPads which can be used for free to access the council website and submit applications. These self-service terminals enable you to do a number of things online, including:

  • applying for or renewing parking permits
  • paying parking tickets
  • paying council tax
  • viewing and commenting on planning applications
  • accessing information on the council website
  • can be used for HB applications

You can also use a PC, scanner or an iPad to upload documents to attach to your online applications.

Freephones are also provided for making calls to council services.
