The following businesses are eligible to apply for a pavement licence:
- pubs
- restaurants
- bars
- cafes
- snack bars
- coffee shops
- ice cream parlours
Premises that have ancillary aspect uses such as supermarkets and entertainment venues that sell food and drink may also apply.
