Refurbishing homes to let, viewing, bidding and moving

We are doing everything we can to support the vulnerable and help people into a safe place to live sooner, following government guidance. 

There is an interim approach to our allocations policy that ensures employment points are not removed if applicants lose their jobs, or have their hours reduced, due to COVID-19. Find information on our policy.

The moving process has also changed, including:

  • only carrying out viewings digitally through photographs or video instead of in-person
  • signing tenancy agreements electronically wherever possible
  • following strict safety measures based on COVID-19 risk assessments when relocating
