Health and wellbeing support during coronavirus

Here you can find information, tips and simple steps you can take to look after your wellbeing during the coronavirus outbreak.

Food delivery services

If you have been identified as extremely vulnerable, you are no longer advised to avoid going to the shops. However, you should still take extra precautions to protect yourself from coronavirus. You may want to continue using online shopping or ask others, such as friends, family or volunteers, to deliver shopping for you.

If you do go out to the shops or pharmacy, consider going at quieter times of the day. You must wear a face covering in all shops unless you are exempt.

Supermarket deliveries

Many supermarkets have priority delivery slots for people who are vulnerable. If you already have a priority delivery slot with a supermarket that will continue until 21 June. Registration for new priority slots has now closed.

Westminster Connects shopping service

If you are vulnerable and cannot get to the shops, we can collect your shopping and prescriptions through our Westminster Connects volunteers and deliver it to your home.

Please email [email protected] to get help through this service.

NHS Volunteer Responders

NHS Volunteer Responders can help with shopping and medicines delivery, as well as regular phone calls or transport to and from medical appointments.
