Leisure centres and free swimming

If you’re under 19 you can get reduced prices and free swimming at one of our 9 leisure centres with an Active Westminster card.

Once you've filled in the form, take it to your local leisure centre. If you don't have a printer, you'll be able to pick up a form at the leisure centre.

Neighbourhood Sports Clubs

As well as ​Westminster's 9 leisure centres and 18 outdoor sports pitches, there are over 100 hours of free activities every week at our Neighbourhood Sports Clubsincluding football, boxing, judo, street dance, slacklining and Paralympic sports. All the activities are free - simply turn up and have a go.

And if all that wasn’t enough, we’ve also got the world’s first outdoor Parkour park right here in Westminster. An unsupervised session costs just £1.60 a day.

Libraries

Find books and DVDs, use a computer, connect to free wifi or just find a quiet space to do your homework, revise or fill in job applications at one of Westminster's libraries. If you join the library, you can also access over 1,600 eBooks, 600 free audio books and over 30 e-magazines including Marie Claire and Cosmopolitan, all online and all for free.

If you're 16 or over and live in Westminster, you can get hundreds of discounts in your area with a Westminster City Save card

NUS discounts

If you’re 16 or over and in further or higher education, you can apply for an NUS Extra card for just £1 a month.

The card offers over 160 discounts on popular brands including Apple, ASOS, Amazon and Pizza Hut. You can also get discounts on trains and driving lessons.
