Silver Sunday, Westminster’s campaign combating loneliness and isolation in older residents, organised by the Sir Simon Milton Foundation, is fast approaching on Sunday 5th October. With over 50 events happening in Westminster alone, and 1,000 spaces up for grabs, bookings are going fast!

The most popular events amongst older people so far have been the trip to RAF Northolt, tickets to see a showing of John Van Druten’s Flowers of the Forest, and tea and a tour of the Wallace Collection – which all sold out in record time. A tour of the Houses of Parliament, a popular event from last year, is also fully booked.

Also popular at Silver Sunday this year, with spaces selling fast, is tickets to see a screening of the 100 Year Old Man, a tour of HQS Wellington, and dance classes from the English National Ballet. So if you like the cinema, the sea or sautéing  - get in touch now and book your place for free.

For full listings of events in Westminster, London and across the country, and to book your place on a fun activity, please visit the Silver Sunday website.
