Join us at Charing Cross Library for this 5 week yoga course, which is designed for anyone looking for:

  • An accessible, well-rounded introduction to yoga
  • A refresher to return to practice
  • Enough knowledge to have the confidence to practice at home safely.

The main objective is to teach you the fundamentals of a balanced yoga practice - postures, breathworks, meditation, relaxation - in an inclusive way.

Note: this course will take place in the basement and it's only accessible by stairs.
