Interactive outdoor playing including tennis, volleyball, handball. The event includes pre cooked food lunch provision with discussion on nutritional value and Ramadan preparations and how to optimise healthy changes during that month.
Hot meals Mediterranean "mezze" style, fruit platter and vegetable salad and water bottle will be provided.
