This September there will be a series of free and exciting activities as part of ‘September on the Strand', which takes place over 2 weeks, to celebrate the new pedestrian space by Strand Aldwych. Activities include:

  • Vans’ ‘Skate the Strand’ skatepark, lessons, demos and talks
  • ‘No Comply’ and Photo London exhibitions from Somerset House
  • Community party at St Mary Le Strand Church
  • ‘Visible Skin’ Kings College London exhibition
  • Food and drink alfresco style
  • Performances and entertainment throughout the month
