If stress has you anxious, tense and worried, consider trying meditation. Spending even a few minutes in meditation can help restore your calm and inner peace. Meditation is considered a type of mind-body complementary medicine. Meditation can produce a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind.

During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.

Sherylanne has spent many years studying many spiritual and healing modalities under different buddhist monks, personal development leaders and wholistic practitioners.

In this practice she brings together quite a few different techniques and modalities to help you focus, raise your vibration and practice stillness of the mind. It is also a very healing experience.

The goal is to help you leave feeling more refreshed, calm and energised than when you arrived. To have a sense of having enough time in your day.
