EU-EEA and Swiss citizens and their families can apply to the EU Settlement Scheme for settled or pre-settled status to remain living and working in the UK after 30 June 2021.
The first stage of the process requires you to access a Home Office app on an Android phone to scan and verify your identity documents. If you do not have an Android phone or are unable to access the Home Office app, you can book an appointment with us to complete the first stage of the process. Our appointments take place at Charing Cross Library, Paddington Library and Victoria Library: For information on locations please visit our libraries page.
At your appointment, we'll provide you with an Android device so that you can use the Home Office mobile app to scan and verify your identity documents. You can then complete the rest of the application yourself on any type of computer or device after the appointment (we'll send you instructions by email).
You must attend the appointment in person to use the service. Your immigration advisor cannot submit the documents on your behalf.
We are unable to assist with the second stage of the application or advise on eligibility requirements.

Westminster City Council residents will need proof of address (eg recent bank statement, utility bill, council tax bill or UK driving licence)
EU-EEA and Swiss citizens will need a valid biometric EU passport (with working chip)
family members of EU-EEA and Swiss citizens will need a valid Biometric Residence Permit (with working chip)
Free for Westminster residents (proof of address will be required at the appointment).
