Lead Local Flood Authority and Environment Agency advice

Westminster is a designated Lead Local Flood Risk Authority and as such has various duties as set out in the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 and Flood Risk Regulations 2009. This includes providing responses to major planning applications in relation to sustainable drainage systems.
