Free, low cost summer holiday activities for young people

Summer in the City is back, bigger and better than ever, with thousands of hours of free and low-cost activities to keep your children and young ones entertained and active this summer holiday.

Music festivals, sporting days out, dance workshops and arts classes are among the hundreds of events taking place across Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham in July and August. Most activities are suitable also for young people with disabilities, so there’s something for everybody.

Find out what’s on. You can also pick up a free copy of the Summer in the City brochure at your local library, leisure centre or school.  And don’t forget to share your summer fun with us on Twitter by using #MySITC.

Children and young people aged under 19 can also enjoy free swimming and other discounts on sports classes at any of our leisure centres within Westminster with an ActiveWestminster card.
