Are you worried about your weight? Have you ever tried to lose weight but found it difficult? The good news is that it doesn’t have to be as complicated as you might think.

By making a few simple changes to your lifestyle, you can really start to see and feel the benefits.

If you would like some help, there is a range of friendly and non-judgemental services in Westminster to help you.


ThriveTribe offers a 12-week group exercise programme. You'll be teamed up with local leisure and community groups to give you the best experience and expertise possible.


If you feel like you might need more specialist support, your GP may be able to refer you to NHS services such as the specialist weight management clinic at Central London Community Healthcare, or the healthy weight team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Contact your GP directly to discuss this with them. NHS Choices has lots of information covering healthy eating and weight loss.


PeopleFirst has lot of guidance on with weight loss, including tips and other services that can help, and good nutrition and balanced diets.
