Our employer partners

We work with over 80 local employers from corporations to public bodies to small businesses and local charities.  We’re proud to work with all those that support our work.

1. Employer partners and their feedback

Continental Landscapes

Continental Landscapes has been working in partnership with Westminster City Council Park Services since April 2000. We undertake all the grounds maintenance of Westminster’s award winning parks.

Continental Landscapes is pleased to have been able to offer a number of employment positions within the organisation and continually look for further employment opportunities in conjunction with Westminster Employment.

G4S Employment Support Services

G4S Employment Support Services are proud to work alongside Westminster Employment Service.  We feel that it is imperative that every business recognises the contribution and talents of all employees and works hard to overcome challenges so that we can attract the best candidates.  We work hard with all of our partners to encourage diversity in the workplace and understand the benefits of supporting and welcoming vulnerable people into the workplace.

For more information, visit the G4S Welfare to Work website or email g4sesf1420@uk.g4s.com.

Outer Temple Chambers

Based opposite the Royal Courts of Justice on the Strand, Outer Temple Chambers has nearly 90 barristers and a small team of support staff. We are committed to giving everyone a fair chance to come and work with us. For those hoping to make a career at the Bar, we offer work experience (one or two weeks) and mini-pupillage courses.

We are pleased to work with the Refugee Council and Westminster Employment in creating job opportunities and have successfully found placements from both organisations recently.

“Recruitment is hard work and expensive in the West End. This free, simple process ensures relevant candidates are prepared, eliminating an otherwise time-consuming and cost-heavy exercise. I absolutely recommend Recruit London.” - Clare Wallace, store director

Hobbs

“The support from Nathalie and Kate is amazing – it is free of charge and they search for local jobseekers for my store’s vacancies and provide ongoing support. They have helped me to recruit two temporary Sales Advisors. I highly recommend them!” - Laura, store manager

Capital Arches Group  (McDonald’s franchisee)

"My team and I were very excited to take part in this joint initiative with Westminster College and the Heart of London.

Hosting this workshop in one of our restaurants is a proof of our commitment to be actively involved locally and to contribute to the communities in which we trade. It was also a great opportunity to meet the students from Westminster College and to introduce them to some of the world-class systems that we operate at McDonald’s.

We were really impressed by the interest and genuine enthusiasm from the students and I hope that we've made a positive contribution towards improving and enriching their learning.

I'm very passionate about training and development, which is why at the Capital Arches Group and throughout McDonald’s UK, we invest a significant amount of time and resources into training and developing our crew and managers.

I look forward to further developing our working partnership with Westminster College and the Heart of London, making sure that we contribute positively to our local communities." - Claude Abi-Gerges
