  • working with people with learning disabilities and mental health issues supported by our team of expert employment advisors

1. Young people

Our One Education Business Partnership offers a structured programme of events, workshops, work experience, mentoring, coaching and more – all designed to give young people first-hand experience of the world of work, improve their communication skills and enhance their aspirations and achievements.

  • Work experience – short placements in the workplace

  • Skills for work workshops – developing practical employability skills such as CV writing, communication and teamwork skills and interview skills training
  • Coaching and mentoring – helping young people make the right career choices and develop their confidence and motivation through goal setting and action planning.
  • We can also create special one-off events and programmes to help meet your company’s corporate social responsibility goals or the development needs of your employees
