We are doing lots of work to ensure we continue to foster an inclusive culture across Westminster and for our residents and visitors. This includes improving our services to help meet our residents and visitors’ accessibility needs.
We’re proud to be the first council in London to sign-up to WelcoMe.
The WelcoMe platform allows visitors with accessibility needs who wish to visit Westminster City Hall, Lisson Grove, our libraries, leisure centres and registry offices to discreetly inform our staff of the assistance they require before visiting. This enables us to have relevant information so that we know how best to help you receive a warm welcome.
