Congestion Charge discount for disabled badge holders

Blue Badge holders are eligible for a 100% discount.

If you hold a Westminster Disabled White Badge, but not a Blue Badge, it will be necessary to apply for a Blue Badge before you qualify for the discount.

You can register up to 2 vehicles that you would normally use to travel within the Congestion Charge zone. This can be your own vehicle or one that you travel in.

Required documents

You'll need to supply certain documents to show you're entitled to the discount.

You can upload images of these documents as part of your online application or you can send TfL copies by post or email later on.
