In accordance with the School Admissions (Admission Arrangements and Co-ordination of Admission Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2012, notice is hereby given that admission authorities located in the borough of Westminster Council that were required to consult, must make their determined admission arrangements for 2016/17 accessible via the Westminster Council website.
The following schools/academies that have determined their admission arrangements following a public consultation:
Admissions authorities that did not propose changes to their admissions arrangements are also required to publish their determined arrangements each year.
The following schools are responsible for their own admission arrangements. The arrangements have been determined with no changes to the previous year.
Under regulation 22 of the School Admissions (Admission Arrangements and Co-ordination of Admission Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2012 any person or body who considered that any maintained school or Academy's arrangements are unlawful, or not in compliance with the Code or relevant law relating to admissions, can make an objection to the School Adjudicator.
