Creatives needed for first ever Soho craft pop-up

Start-ups and local creatives are being offered the chance to launch their products in the heart of Soho at Westminster City Council’s first ever craft market.

New businesses are being given a free street trader pitch for the pop-up event at Berwick Street due to take place on Saturday 18 May 2019.

The aim is to give budding entrepreneurs an opportunity to run a market stall to see how it could work for their fledgling businesses.

It is part of the 2019 'Love Your Local Market' campaign, which highlights the importance that vibrant street markets have to their communities.

So far several potential stalls have been confirmed including a designer outfitters and a new umbrella venture.

Anyone is welcome to apply for a stall but those with a strong Westminster connection will be given preference.

The deadline for registering was 9am Tuesday 7 May 2019.
