Looking after a crying baby can be challenging. It's common for parents to feel frustrated, and in the worst cases babies can be harmed.
That's why NSPCC (National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children) has made a 10 minute video with tips on how to soothe crying babies, the dangers of shaking a baby and how to cope with the stress of being a parent.
If you're interested in watching the film, you can take part in the pilot by calling 020 7641 5838 to book your free place.
The video is being shown at Queen's Park Children's Centre, 88 Bravington Road, London W9 3AL
There'll be trained staff and midwives on hand to answer any questions.
