Churchill Gardens Community Pilot

The Churchill Gardens Community Pilot gives residents of the estate greater say over the design and delivery of services in the area.

What is Team Churchill Gardens?

A group of local residents, business representatives and community leaders called ‘Team Churchill Gardens’ has been established to lead the pilot.

The team has identified the issues which matter most to them including positive activities for young people, community cohesion, and enhancing security on the estate. They are now working closely with local providers to deliver services in a locally tailored way. Some of the work to date includes: the opening of a community office with police presence under Chaucer House; the establishment of a programme of supervised football on the Lutyens pitch; the re-design of the Neighbourhood Sports programme; and the refurbishment of major parts of the community hall.

How can I get involved?

To learn more about Team Churchill Gardens and find out how to join please email churchillgardenscommunity@westminster.gov.uk

Getting involved in this project can make a real difference. It comes with a real commitment from the council and partners to do things differently for the area.
