Change your resident parking permit details

How to change the details of your resident parking permit.

Parking Services is currently experiencing a high volume of calls to our contact centre following the recent systems upgrade. Our contractors are working to resolve the issues.

In the meantime we apologise for any delays that you may experience when trying to speak to one of our customer service agents.

New permits issued will be virtual rather than paper-based from 1 April 2023.

You can change the address or vehicle details on your permit online by logging in to your account.

If you don't have internet access at home, use the PCs and iPads in our libraries to apply online.
