Young people who participate in sport are more likely to have better grades, higher attainment and greater confidence and self esteem.

There is a huge variety of sport you can get involved in, from team sports to solo endeavours, from rowing to football, to martial arts or swimming. 

Sport is a great way to meet new people in a fun environment, whilst also de-stressing from the everyday worries of life. If you're still not convinced, here are a few more reasons you should get involved in sport today:
