Find out what to do if you see someone begging.

Begging is a crime and we estimate that roughly 80% of beggars have an address, however, if you're concerned about someone sleeping rough, please contact Streetlink to refer them for support away from the streets.

If you have seen somebody aggressively begging, or have been a victim or witness of anti-social behaviour related to begging, contact the police on 101 or report a crime online.

Call 999 in an emergency.

If you own a business in Westminster, you can use the below form to report begging to the council. We will work with you to protect your premises and point individuals towards the appropriate support.

Please provide as much information as possible.

Please let us know if the beggar was male or female, their rough age, if you know of their name or nickname, and any other identifying features.

By submitting this form you agree that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the use of this site.
