All proceedings and communications should be sent electronically. They should either be sent direct to the case handler, of if the case handle is not known, to insurance@rbkc.gov.uk. This guidance applies for Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea and Hammersmith and Fulham.

For solicitors, please be advised that any proceedings or communications sent via the post to us may not be received and should this lead to an application against us we will be drawing this notice to the attention of the court. This is because of the possible restrictions on office numbers due to the changeable nature of COVID-19 and other sickness precautions around physical post.
