About us
Westminster Employment (WE*) is a specialist employment service dedicated to assisting and supporting people with learning disability, physical disability, mental health issues, substance or alcohol misuse issues and young offenders to find work. With a team of highly experienced Employment Advisors and Job Broker, we can assist, support and guide people to make informed choices about their future. We work with employers to ensure that their workplace adheres to the Disability Discrimination Act and offer advice on reasonable adjustments that may need to be made for a member of staff with a disability.

Preparing for work
Thinking about the skills people already have and what other skills they may want or need to develop (for example through work experience or by finding a college course), as well as helping clients with their CV.
Looking for work
Searching for vacancies on a regular basis, offering support to complete and send off job application forms.
Interviews
Preparing clients for interviews as well as supporting them during interviews.
Learning the job
Helping clients to learn the journey, job coaching, helping them to feel confident and become independent at work.
Keeping the job
Meeting with clients and your employer to problem solve. Giving clients help and advice when they need it.
