Step by step guide to commercial waste registration

In order to assist you, below is a brief guide to registering your organisation to begin ordering commercial waste products online.

Step 1. You will be given the option to register your organisation or to register as an individual.   To order commercial waste services online you need to select ‘Register your organisation’.

Step 2. You will then be asked to provide your name and to register your organisation by completing the appropriate fields.   Fields marked with (*) are mandatory.

Step 3. You will be asked to select a ‘username’ and a secure password that you will use to login to act on behalf of your organisation. 

You will also be asked to select a security question and supply the answer that applies to you (this will be used to confirm your identity in the event that you forget your password).

Step 4. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is registered and before you can order commercial waste products online.  It should usually take about 15 minutes to receive your confirmation email once you have completed the online registration process.   If you have not received an email within one working day or you need to order commercial waste products urgently then please contact the Commercial waste team.

Step 5. Once you have received your confirmation email you can login to your account to begin ordering.
