Current Unitary Development Plan (UDP)
The latest version of the Council's UDP was adopted at the end of January 2007:


This sets out our planning policies for developing land, improving transport and protecting the environment in Westminster for the next 10-15 years.

Local Development Framework
Although we have just adopted the UDP, and will save and use it for at least the next 3 years, planning legislation requires us to produce a Local Development Framework (LDF) to eventually replace the UDP.  You can find out more about this on the LDF homepage.
