Report a street problem

Please use this service to tell us about problems with:

• Cleaning, waste collection and the state of the environment
• The condition of roads, pavements, street lighting and street furniture
• Anti-social behaviour
• Any other problem on the streets

Reporting a street problem involves 4 steps:

1. Identifying the problem from a drop down list
2. Telling us where it is
3. Providing a bit more detail on the actual problem
4. Let us know your contact details (optional)

Once you have submitted your report, we will tell you how we will respond.
