You can park motorcycles on street in 'solo motorcycle bays' for a daily charge of £1.50

We have increased our provision of motorcycle spaces by over 25%.  There are now over 600 bays across Westminster with 6100 spaces for motorcycles.  Some of these spaces also have security devices for you to secure your motorcycle to.

Secure Car Parks

From the 4th August 2008, additional parking provision for motorcycles will be made in Westminster City Council car parks.  The cost to park in a motorcycle bay in the car parks will be £1.50 per day

Non Motorcycle Bays

If you are unable to find a space in a motorcycle bay, you may park your motorcycle in Pay and Display, shared use and Pay by Phone bays which are provided for standard sized vehicles. The charge to park in these bays will be indicated on Pay & Display machines or on signs within the bay.  Prices range from £1 per hour to £4 per hour in Westminster.  Visit our Zones and Prices section for detailed pricing information.

Failure to pay the appropriate charges for parking in these bays may result in you being issued with a Penalty Charge Notice.  If you park in other bays, such as resident parking bays, and you do not have a valid resident permit, you may also receive a Penalty Charge Notice.
