Help us to improve the suspensions service by using the Suspensions Hotline to report:

  • an out of date suspension sign
  • incorrect information on a sign
  • damaged or stolen signs
  • instances where no work appears to be taking place in a suspended bay
  • unauthorised skips
  • activity taking place in a bay, but there is no sign 


We will investigate the issues you raise in your call and seek to resolve them.

Please note that we will not reply or contact you in regards to the issues you have raised. The hotline is solely a reporting tool.
