How to Apply

There are two ways to apply for a yellow line dispensation. Please see below for details of how to apply and what you will need to complete your application. Please note that there are different arrangements for Special Events and Filming.

1. By Phone 

Call 020 7641 4646 - 8am - 6pm, Mon-Fri.

2. By Post

Download the application form, print out and complete and send it to:

You will need:

• Full address details of where the work or service is being carried out.
• Vehicle registration of the vehicle being used. 
• Description of the nature of the work or service.
• Dates for when you require this permit.
• Your contact details (postal address or e-mail).
• Your debit/credit card or cheque book.

Special Events and Filming

Film companies and Special Event organisers must contact the Council's Special Events Team to gain permission to film or hold an event before purchasing a dispensation. Failure to do so could mean that we are unable to provide you with a dispensation.
