How do I apply?

There are 3 ways to apply: 

1. Download the application form here.

2. Call our 24 hour parking information line on 020 7823 4567 to request an application form by post.

3. Pop into one of our One Stop Services and pick one up.

All original documents that you submit with your application will be returned to you.  Before completing the application form, please read the instructions carefully. If you give us the wrong information it may delay the processing of your permit request.

Send your completed application (with relevant documents and payment) to:

When sending your completed form, don’t forget to enclose your cheque or postal order for the correct amount. Please write your name and address on the back of the cheque and make it payable to the City of Westminster. DO NOT SEND CASH.

In Person

Visit any of the our One Stop Services. Your application will be dealt with while you wait as long as supporting documentation is present and in order.
