Replacing your permit

If your permit has been lost or stolen, we can issue you with a replacement.

An administration charge of £10 applies for the reissue of lost or stolen permits.

Applying for a replacement

For both lost and stolen permits you will need our Resident Permit - Changes, Replacement & Refunds - Application Pack 2. 

Stolen Permits: You need to report the theft of your permit to the police before we can issue a replacement. Please keep a record of the police incident number.

Or you can go into one of our One Stop Services where you may be issued with an immediate replacement.

If you find your permit after we have replaced it, you must return it to us.
