Changing your details

Please note that an administration fee of £10 will apply in most cases to update an existing permit.


For all changes, you will need a 'Resident Parking Permit - Changes, Replacements and Refunds - Application Pack 2'. The completed application form and associated documents should be posted to:

Alternatively, you can take your application form and documentation in person to one of our One Stop Services.

What documents will I need?

The documents you need to supply will vary according to the type change you are making to your permit.  Please refer to our list of residency and vehicle proof documents. 

Change of address in the same parking zone

If you move to a new address in the same parking zone you can continue to use the same permit. However, please let us know your new contact details so that we can update our records and send your renewal reminder letter to the correct address. Only one proof of your new address will be required.
