Trades permits

Conditions of use

1 This permit must be placed against the windscreen inside the vehicle to which it applies. Please ensure all permit details can be clearly seen from the outside.

2 The permit is only valid for use during the times and on the days shown on the permit.

3 The vehicle may only be parked in a parking Meter bay; a Pay and Display bay; a Shared Use bay; or a Resident’s Parking bay (until 5:30pm), within the controlled parking subzone shown on the permit.

4 The vehicle must not be parked within the boundaries of the Royal Parks, nor in such a manner as to cause an obstruction.

5 The vehicle must be relocated if requested to do so by a Metropolitan Police Officer, Traffic Warden, City of Westminster Parking Attendant or Duty Officer.

6 The permit is not transferable and no refunds will be given for periods of unused time.

7 The City Council reserves the right to inspect the vehicle named overleaf by an Authorised Officer or Authorised Agent of the City Council, at all reasonable times for the purposes of verifying the works and/or authenticity of the permit application.

8 The permit remains the property of the City Council and must be surrendered to the City Council and/or the authorised agents of the City Council in accordance with the Order(s) associated with the issue of this permit.
